• Naon invasive Physiological/anatomical testing: All patients with PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease) undergo physiologic testing itially and specific intervals which are tailored to paients needs, whether they are treated medically or with any interventions (surgery, endovascular or Hybrid)
    • Vascular Lab: PVR (Pulse Volume Recordings) in the legs/arms are extensively used for all patients
    • Excersice stress testing and Planned Excerice program
    • TcPo2
    • Excersise testing
    • Post operative follow up
  • Duplex/Doppler scan: These are protocol based for specific diseases and treatments

    • Intra operative duplex scan – built in to our hybrid endovascular suite where ultrasonography/doppler can be performed
    • Arterial diseses after all forms of treatments – medical, surgical, endovascular, Hybrid; followed by protocol set for each therapy
    • Venous interventions – after laser or radio frequency ablations
    • Endovascular aneurysm repair
  • Multi slice high definition CT (CAT) scan: with and with out contrast agents for arterial occlusive, aneurysmal diseases – can image from head to toe, 3D reconstructions
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI – 1.5 T) – similar to above with and without contrast (called TOF images)
  • Intra operative CT scan – The hybrid cath lab has capabilities of multi slice CT scan during operative procedures
  • Conventional and Digital Subtraction Angiogram (DSA) for arterial and venous diseases using a dye and one of the few centers performing CO2 (carbon di oxide) angiogram instead of using regular contrast, especially in patients with kidney failure.
